Overview

Drepana is a genus of hooktip moths in the family Drepanidae that contains approximately nine species worldwide.

North American species of Drepana are the arched hooktip (Drepana arcuata) and the two-lined hooktip (Drepana bilineata).
Some taxonomists consider the two-lined hooktip (Drepana bilineata) to be in the genus Falcaria.
The two-lined hooktip (Drepana bilineata) is present along the northern parts of the east coast and into Canada. They have been documented as nearby as Wisconsin and eastern Ohio, but not in Indiana.
